Definitions of e-learning and educational electronic publications traditionally produced indirectly through the more general concept of the electronic publication.
The electronic edition (EI) is a collection of graphics, text, digital, voice, music, video, photo and other information. Educational electronic publication must have a high level of performance and artistic design, completeness of information, quality of methodological tools, the technical quality of workmanship, clarity, logic and sequence of presentation. Educational electronic publishing and e-learning can not be reduced to the paper version without losing the didactic properties.
Due to the specifics of its determination, the IRB significantly improve the quality of visual and audio information, it becomes brighter, more colorful, more dynamic. We have tremendous opportunities in this regard modern multimedia technology. In addition, using electronic means in teaching radically change the way of formation of visual and audio information. If the visibility of traditional teaching refers to specific object being studied, then the use of computer technology made possible the dynamic interpretation of the essential properties, not only of real objects, but also to scientific laws, theories, concepts.
