При оплате услуг по ответственному

При оплате услуг по ответственному хранению товара реже одного раза в месяц Заказчик уплачивает Исполнителю штраф в размере 1 % (один процент) от суммы задержанного платежа за каждый день просрочки после истечения месяца, услуги за который подлежат оплате.
