Кто он учитель? Что из себя представляет? Каким он должен быть? Что должен знать? Уметь?

Для меня, учитель- это нечто больше чем просто человек. Он всегда совершенствуется, и невозможно дать определение слову "учитель".
Это личность, которая всегда несет с собой много нужного и важного. Учитель должен быть такой, чтобы его в первую очередь хотелось слушать и в последующем с ним работать. Такой человек может заинтересовать любого одним лишь словом , стоит только найти подход и ключ к каждому ученику. Это нелегкий труд, поэтому не всех можно назвать Учителями!

Учитель должен быть таким, чтобы к нему хотелось обращаться, за помощью , или просто поддержкой. А таких действительно мало..
Учитель хранит в себе море информации, которую нужно направить в нужное русло. Учитель с чувством юмора - это редкость и это сокровище !
Есть такие учителя, которые своим спокойствием, умиротворением, простой, заставят работать с удовольствием.
Учитель должен быть добрым , дети это ценят. Все что не делается , должно быть в меру, и только всего себя отдавать ученикам, и тогда, успех, внимание, понимание- обеспечено как для учителя, так и для учеников. И как сказал, великий, русский писатель Л.Н. Толстой
