Интернет (Internet) – внешняя сеть, сеть сетей. Это возможность общения со всеми компьютерами мира, подключенными к Internet.

Информатика – совокупность дисциплин, изучающих свойства информации, а также способы представления, накопления, обработки и передачи информации с помощью технических средств. Часто в понятие «информатика» включают некоторые разделы математики и кибернетики (теория алгоритмов, дискретную математику и др.). Другими словами информатика это наука о применении компьютерных технологий.

Информация – сведения о ком-то или о чем-то, передаваемые в форме знаков и сигналов; в вычислительной технике – данные подлежащие вводу в ЭВМ, хранимые в ее памяти, обрабатываемые на ЭВМ и выдаваемые пользователю.
