Здравствуйте, 10 марта при помощи агента supersaver мной были приобретены 3 авиабилета. Номер брони LHXBIL. Во время бронирования никакой информации о тарифе от агента не поступало. 10 дней назад нам стало известно, что улететь мы не сможем по личным обстоятельствам. Когда я обратилась к агенту с просьбой аннулировать бронь, он сообщил мне, что билеты имеют невозвратный тариф. На вопрос, почему меня не предупредили об этом заранее, агент ответил, что информацию о тарифе агент получает только после выписки билета. Но если бы изначально я былa осведомлена об этом тарифе, я не приобрела бы данные билеты. Могли бы вы помочь мне аннулировать авиабилеты без больших потерь? Или дать такое указание агенту?
