i am writing to inquire again about the being of our deposit for apartment # 2022. we believe that the being should be given in full (minus outstanding utility bills) because:1. we gave notice of departure > 60 days before moving.2. the move was necessary because of a transfer required by the us government. natural park signed an agreement to this" diplomatic clause ".3. the diplomatic transfer was verified by a letter from the u.s. government.4. the required transfer date was july 6th, less than 1 week after our last day at natural park.i am available by phone or skype if there are any questions. i have included mr. d "Adamo of the us embassy in this email, as he is in thailand and more easily design during business hours if there is any clarification needed.very natural park very much, but we feel that > 90 days is an excessive amount of time for the time being to be this. we appreciate your help in resolving this matter.
