Исполнитель согласился считать сведения о проведении переговоров между Сторонами по поводу заключения настоящего Договора, факт заключения и текст настоящего Договора, а также весь объем информации, переданной и передаваемой ему Заказчиком при проведении переговоров, заключении настоящего Договора и в ходе исполнения вытекающих из него обязательств конфиденциальной информацией (а в пределах, допускаемых действующим российским законодательством, - коммерческой тайной) Заказчика.
