Сегодня Ерофеев день, и я впервые в жизни попробовала традиционный напиток этого дня "ерофеич". Это русская альтернатива виски, крепкая настойка на душистых травах (мята, анис, зверобой, душица, тимьян, донник, майоран, тысячелистник и полынь заливают водкой и оставляют на 10–12 дней в теплом месте). У меня было такое чувство, что это не настой, это дистиллят настоя, где-то градусов 80, но если разбавить, то шикарная вещь=)

yerofeyev day today for the first time in my life, and i tried the traditional drink of the day "yerofeich!" it's a russian alternative to a strong infusion of fragrant grass (mint, anise, hypericum, oregano, thyme, marjoram, melilotus,yarrow and artemisia in vodka and onto the 10–12 days in a warm place. i have the feeling that it's not the infusion, the distillate is 80 degrees, but if it is, it's a beauty.
