Из анамнеза: 15-20 минут назад получил инъекцию вакцины против гриппа.
Пациент беспокоен, на шее, лице прогрессирующая отечность. Дыхание ритмичное в легких везикулярное.Сердечные тоны приглушены. Живот без особенностей.
При осмотре полости рта отмечается отечность слизистой. Попытка провести зеркальную ларингоскопию невозможно из за прогрессирующего отека слизистой.
