Что делать, если генератор отчетов не подошел, а проект уже реализован?Японская философия совершенствования процессов производства и разработки Kaizen учит нас делать только необходимую для выполнения задачи работу. Эта философия не приветствует стремление создание избыточных систем, так сказать с «закладкой на будущее». Ведь с большой вероятностью это «будущее» может и не наступить, а значит – силы и средства потрачены впустую. Однако, в своей практике я не раз сталкивался с проблемами, следуя этому подходу. Так было с последним проектом, над которым я только что завершил работу. Поэтому хочу поделиться своим опытом и немного пофилософствовать на эту тему.

So it was with the last project over which I just finished. So I want to share my experience and a little philosophize on this topic.
