Нормальная продолжительность рабочей недели не может превышать 40 часов. Основной вид рабочей недели – пятидневная с двумя выходными днями (суббота и воскресенье). Работодателем может быть установлена 6-дневная рабочая неделя.
В случае противоречия между Кодексом и иным федеральным законом главнее Кодекс. И если вновь принятый федеральный закон противоречит Кодексу, то этот закон будет применяться лишь при условии внесения в Кодекс соответствующих изменений.
