Депозитарные продукты
В случае заинтересованности клиента в депозитарных продуктах (основная часть из них представлена ниже), ГКМ/КМ ДКК или ТБ обращается с соответствующим запросом (устным или письменным, в т.ч. по MS Outlook) с подробным описанием необходимой услуги к руководителю/заместителю руководителя Депозитария в ЦА или в ТБ:
 открытие счетов депо следующих видов:
- счет депо "Владелец" (аналитический счет депо, открываемый Депозитарием для учета ценных бумаг, принадлежащих Депоненту на праве собственности);
- счет депо "Лоро" (аналитический счет депо, открываемый Депозитарием для учета ценных бумаг, переданных депозитарием-депонентом на хранение и/или для учета в Депозитарий. На счете учитываются ценные бумаги, не являющиеся собственностью депозитария-депонента, а учитываемые депозитарием-депонентом в пользу своих клиентов на их счетах депо);
- счет депо "Доверительный управляющий" (аналитический счет депо, открываемый Депозитарием для учета ценных бумаг, переданных в доверительное управление Депоненту);
- счет депо "Эмитент" (аналитический счет депо, открываемый Депозитарием Эмитенту для учета ценных бумаг при их размещении и погашении).
 хранение и подтверждение прав собственности на ценные бумаги;
 проведение депозитарных операций (зачисление/списание, переводы по сделкам) с эмиссионными ценными бумагами российских и иностранных эмитентов;
 оформление залоговых операций связанных с обеспечением обязательств депонентов;
 перевод ценных бумаг с одновременным переводом денежных средств между сторонами сделки – «поставка против платежа»;
 проведение депозитарных операций с векселями Сбербанка России (безналичные переводы векселей для расчетов между контрагентами на территории РФ, погашение и обмен векселей);
 осуществление корпоративных действий по ценным бумагам (получение и выплата доходов по ценным бумагам, голосование на собрании акционеров и др.);
 проведение операций с GDR/ADR;
 услуги Спецдепозитария.
