Власти Хабаровска заявили, что в случае, если прогнозы гидрологов окажутся верны и уровень воды в Амуре поднимется до 780 сантиметров, из города начнется массовая эвакуация. Об этом в среду, 21 августа, сообщает «Интерфакс» со ссылкой на мэра Хабаровска Александра Соколова.

По его словам, при таком уровне воды эвакуации избежать уже не удастся. Ее план уже подготовлен, добавил мэр. На данный момент уровень воды в Амуре достиг 688 сантиметров при том, что опасной считается уже отметка в 600 сантиметров. Соколов отметил, что при повышении уровня воды еще на один метр затопление грозит нескольким жизненно важным объектам в низменных частях города.

Сейчас уже началась эвакуация жителей из поселков Красная Речка и Уссурийский под Хабаровском. Там уровень воды уже достиг 715 сантиметров. При этом из Уссурийского около 100 человек эвакуироваться отказались. Централизованная подача электричества в поселок прекращена, однако там установили дизельные генераторы.

В самом Хабаровске подтоплены почти 300 домов, в том числе 14 многоквартирных. В ходе борьбы с наводнением в городе возвели почти десять километров защитных дамб. Общий ущерб от паводка на территории края оценивается более чем в два миллиарда рублей, в зоне затопления находятся около 40 тысяч человек.

Еще 18 августа уровень воды в Амуре в районе Хабаровска превысил исторический максимум в 642 сантиметра, продержавшийся с 1897 года. Ожидается, что пик паводка в крае придется на 24-28 августа. По прогнозам гидрологов, уровень воды в этот период может подняться до 730-780 сантиметров.
