Принципал поручает, а Агент обязуется, от своего имени, но за счет Принципала, совершать юридические и иные действия с кредитными организациями (далее – «Банк») в отношении организации осуществления расчетов при приеме к оплате банковских карт при оказании услуг/реализации товаров Принципалом в компьютерной сети Интернет (далее «Сервис») в соответствии с условиями Договора.
