Уведомление о проведении заседания

Уведомление о проведении заседания Совета директоров Общества должно быть сделано не позднее, чем за 5 (пять) рабочих дней до даты его проведения (даты окончания приема бюллетеней для заочного голосования по вопросам повестки дня заседания Совета директоров).

Результаты (английский) 1:

Notice of a meeting of the Board of Directors must be made not later than 5 (five) working days prior to the date of the meeting (the end date of the reception of the ballots for absentee voting on issues on the agenda of the meeting of the Board of Directors).

Результаты (английский) 2:

Notice of any meeting of the Board of Directors shall be made not later than five (5) business days prior to the date of the meeting (the deadline for receipt of ballots for absentee voting on agenda items of the meeting the Board of Directors).

Результаты (английский) 3:

notification of board meeting of directors of the society shall be made not later than 5 (five) working days before the date of the vote (the date of the end of the reception of the ballots for the absentee vote on issues on the agenda of the meetings of the board of directors).
