Hi Raissa,

I have had a look into this and I can now see why this has happened.

When you have processed this order your account has gone onto hold (status 9) as you went over your credit limit, this may have been the case for other orders as well. I noticed this yesterday when I went into one of your orders to check something so I spoke with Tracey and she has increased your credit limit and removed the block from your account so everything was ordered.

If an order goes on to a ‘status 9’ then no goods will be ordered and this is what has happened here. In future if you process an order which takes you over your credit limit you need to change the status code to 8 instead of 9. Status 8 means you will still be on hold (no goods will ship) but the goods will still be ordered. Our accounts would then review your account and take it off hold if all is okay. You can change the status of an order by changing the number in the top right hand side of SOP where it says status, please see below for what each number means.

0 = all clear. All goods ordered and shipped.
8 = on hold but goods will still be ordered. No goods will ship.
9 = on hold and no goods ordered or shipped.
