1) Изменение фиксируемой осевой силы и температуры процесса с подачей под заданной нагрузкой начинается после 0,4 с от начала процесса.
2) Выявлена зависимость геометрии отбортовок от подачи и толщины заготовки.
3) Смоделирована экспериментально осевая сила и температура в зоне резания.
4) Выявлена зависимость прочности резьбового соединения на срез от подачи.
5) Доказано упрочнение материала в зоне образования отверстия.
6) Получаемое отверстие соответствует допуску внутреннего диаметра 7 степени точности.
7) Рентабельность данного исследования составляет 25%.
