6. Кинетика выведения таблетированной формы Мексидола и его глюкуроноконъюгата с мочой больных. Изучение фармакокинетики таблеток Мексидола, приготовленных по прописи № 2, проводили на базе городской клинической больницы № 12 г. Москвы у 16 пациентов с пограничными и психическими расстройствами. Для исследований было отобрано 16 пациентов, у которых методом клинико-биохимического обследования были исключены заболевания печени, почек и желудочно-кишечного тракта. По возрасту пациентов условно разделили на 2 группы: группа до 40 лет - 7 человек и группа свыше 40 лет - 9 человек. Показано, что Мексидол в организме человека интенсивно метаболизируется в основном с образованием глюкуроноконъюгированного метаболита. В среднем за 12 часов наблюдения с мочой экскретируется 0,3% неизмененного препарата и 49,6% в виде глюкуроноконъюгата от введенной дозы препарата. Установлено, что Мексидол и его глюкуроноконъюгат наиболее интенсивно экскретируется в течение первых 4 часов после приема препарата.(72% от выведенного препарата за 12 часов). Показано, что процесс образования глюкуроноконъюгатов Мексидола интенсивнее протекает у людей молодого возраста, что требует проведения коррекции режимов дозирования препарата с учетом возраста пациентов.
