В работе приведены данные гуморального и клеточного противочумного иммунитета у людей периодически вакцинирующихся живой чумной вакциной. Титры антител к F1 антигену у людей, периодически вакцинирующихся против чумы на протяжении более 20 лет, были низкими и не у всех увеличивались после очередной вакцинации. Проанализированы изменения маркеров активации лимфоцитов в ответ на стимуляцию клеток F1 антигеном. Показано, что у людей, вакцинированных против чумы, под влиянием F1 антигена происходит специфическое усиление экспрессии HLA-DR маркера на поверхности лимфоцитов памяти.
