Заказчик несет полную ответственность за содержание и достоверность информации, содержащейся на плакатах, за неправомерное использование на плакатах торговых марок, товарных знаков, фирменных наименований организаций, объектов защищаемых авторским и патентным правом, других объектов исключительных прав на результаты интеллектуальной деятельности (интеллектуальной собственности), иной информации, посягающей на защищаемые законодательством нематериальные блага.
