В рамках первого этапа строительства планируется возвести три животноводческих блока, каждый из которых будет включать три фермы с общим поголовьем в 45 000 коров, а также молочную фабрику производительностью 800 тонн молока в сутки. Предварительный объем инвестиций на данном этапе оценивается в $500 млн.
Как ожидается, уже в 2017 году на рынке появятся первые молочные продукты ТН Group, изготовленные на территории РФ.
