По результатам такой совместной оценки и выработки согласованных мер, подлежащих осуществлению, включая, но не ограничиваясь только этим, проведение повторных испытаний и измерений, в случае превышающего ожидаемого ухудшения рабочих характеристик, и если ответственность за это несет Подрядчик, то Заказчик может потребовать от Подрядчика исправления этого.
