У пациентки бы диагностирован POEMS

У пациентки бы диагностирован POEMS-синдром в рамках миеломной болезни.
Пациентке был проведен пролонгированный курс химиотерапии по схеме МР (алкеран в дозе 190 мг на фоне преднизолона — 60 мг/сут с постепенным снижением дозы до 20 мг/сут).
Больная перенесла лечение удовлетворительно. Наблюдался положительный эффект: нормализация функций тазовых органов, уменьшение слабости в конечностях (сидела с посторонней помощью), компенсация гликемии, снижение эритроцитоза, лейкоцитоза, тромбоцитоза. Однако
субфебрилитет, слабость и боли в конечностях сохранялись, пациентка продолжала нуждаться в посторонней помощи.

10.07.2007 г. начат очередной курс лечения МР (алкеран, преднизолон).

В период с 10.07.2007 по 14.07.2007 у больной появились ангинозные приступы, пароксизмы тахисистолической формы фибрилляции предсердий, прогрессировала сердечная недостаточность по левожелудочковому типу с приступами сердечной астмы. Курс химиотеранпии был прерван
на 2-е сутки от начала терапии. 14.07.2007 г. на фоне очередного приступа констатирована биологическая смерть.
