2. Booking party Name and address
3. Foreign port of unlading at the intended final destination
4. Place of delivery (city code for place of delivery)
5. Ship to name and address (name and address of the first delivery – to party scheduled to receive the goods after release from customs custody)
What is considered F.R.O.B.? –
a) Cargo loaded outside of the USA and TRANSITING through a USA Port to be discharged at a POD outside the USA.
b) Cargo loaded outside of the USA and TRANSITING through a USA Port to be discharged at a foreign transshipment port and loaded on a vessel for later discharge at another USA Port.
