Не везде, но в некоторых местах происходит надругательство над прекрасным итальянским вином: его разбавляют водой и даже газированными напитками типа спрайта. Красное вино, засовывают в морозилку охладиться или добавляют в него лед, а я падаю в обморок!!!Кухня Сардинии, несмотря на то, что это остров, основана не на морских продуктах. Сарды очень любят мясо во всех его проявлениях, в том числе потроха и мозги. Многовековая бедность населения острова просто заставляла употреблять в пищу все, что было у скота, поэтому не удивляйтесь второму из всяких внутренностей с горошком (sa cordula), конине или местному деликатесу – сыру с червями (casu marzu). Про него как-нибудь напишу отдельно, когда удастся его раздобыть и попробовать лично!!!А пока, приятного аппетита))
