Прошло 7 дней с даты отправки посыл

Прошло 7 дней с даты отправки посылки. Номер отслеживания не отслеживается. Не могли бы вы связаться с почтовым отделением и выяснить что с посылкой? Возможно ошибка в номере отслеживания?
