Технико-экономические показатели.Компания располагает инфраструктурой из двух логистических центров общим объемом более 20 тысяч паллетомест, осуществляющих все типы хранения, кроме заморозки; парк грузового автотранспорта, состоящий из 50 машин средней и 7 большой грузоподъемности. Общая численность персонала – 300 человек. В Приложении Г приведен бухгалтерский отчет компании за 2014 и 2013 года,
а в Приложении Д даны показатели рентабельности, проанализировав которые можно утверждать, что несмотря на тяжелое экономическое положение в стране ООО «Компания ФСК Логистик» добилась неплохих результатов и роста показателей. Далее представлены характеристики комплексов
компании:
1) Логистический центр «Кунцевщина»: г. Минск, ул. Брикета, 31
класс «А» основное направление – высокоскоростная обработка стандартизированных грузов (высота потолка 15 м);
контроль температуры и влажности;
общая площадь склада – 10062 м2;
площадь зоны хранения – 7326 м2;
площадь зоны приемки-отгрузки – 1674 м2;
площадь мезонина –1332 м2;
площадь офисных помещений – 4000 м^2

Как видно из характеристики склада, логистический центр «Кунцевщина» является современным комплексом класса «А», соответствует всем европейским показателям и отвечающим на многие запросы потребителей услуг, чего не скажешь о втором центре «Колядичи» - он представляет собой типичный склад, которые широко распространены в наши дни.

Подводя промежуточные итоги и основываясь на технико-экономических показателях компании, можно сказать, что она является дольно успешным и сильным комплексом по оказанию логистических услуг. Специфику организации логистических услуг я рассмотрю в следующем подразделе.
Организация логистической службы на предприятии. Применение аутсорсинга
