В соответствии с п. 3 ст. 401 ГК РФ в случае, если надлежащее исполнение условий настоящего Договора оказалось невозможным вследствие непреодолимой силы, то есть чрезвычайных и непредотвратимых при данных условиях обстоятельств, Сторона, для которой такие обстоятельства возникли, не несет ответственности за соответствующее неисполнение условий Договора.
