Korea Expressway Corporation (KEC), the affiliate of The Ministry of Land, Infrastructures and Transport (MOLIT), would like to express its high respect to Department of Highways (DOH) about its passion for national development. We also convey heartfelt thanks to DOH for the commitment to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in the field of infrastructure development. The relationship is established based on the Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) between The Ministry of Transport (MOT) of The Kingdom of Thailand and MOLIT sighed on 21st February 2020.

In the Meantime, it is pleased to learn that DOH plans to form Multi Lane Free Flow (MLFF) toll facility and development projects in order to improve and develop related services for road transport users. On this occation, we would like to express the deepest respect for the plan, and would be grateful if DOH let us have chances of collaboration.

Trusting that MLFF projects would bring advanced expressway services, KEC avails itself of this opportunity to DOH the assurances of its highest consideration.
