В этом году я поступил на факультет управления персоналом. Это мой первый серьезный шаг в области карьеры. Вообще-то, она для меня — не самоцель. Некоторое время назад я решил, что карьера не будет главной в моей жизни. Но тогда же я начал строить фундамент для своего будущего в профессии. Сейчас я объясню свою позицию.

Размышляя, я пришел к выводу, что нельзя подчинять всю жизнь карьере, так потеряется ее радость. Интересно, но, придя к этому выводу, я начал серьезно думать о будущей профессии и карьере. Отчего такой парадокс? Я не хочу быть карьеристом и рваться «по служебной лестнице» любой ценой. Не вижу в этом смысла.

Но я осознал и важность карьеры. Успехи на работе дают возможности для интересной жизни. Это материальная обеспеченность, возможность путешествовать, повидать мир, общаться с незаурядными людьми. Это и уважение среди профессионалов. Я хочу реализовать свои способности и таланты, чувствовать важность своего дела, а не заниматься всю жизнь чем придется.

я не хочу быть просто рабочей силой, я хочу быть "мозгом" управляющим этой рабочей силой.
