Прочитал на одном сайте что статус: The item is pre-advised - означает что трек-номер заказан/куплен электронно (онлайн предзаказ), а посылка ещё не отдана т.е не поступила на почту (отправитель ещё не принёс посылку на почту и она не отправлена). Как вы это можете разъяснить.
