Уважаемые коллеги,
в ходе совещания по вопросам развития агропромышленного комплекса, состоявшегося 24 сентября в Ростовской области под председательством Президента России В.В. Путина, министр сельского хозяйства России А.Л. Ткачев выступил со следующей инициативой: "...Необходимо навести порядок и в растениеводческой продукции. Считаю целесообразным вернуть Россельхознадзору упразднённые в 2011 году полномочия по контролю за содержанием пестицидов и агрохимикатов не только на границе, как мы сегодня делаем, но и внутри страны".
Прошу прислать свою позицию относительно инициативы возвращения функции по государственному контролю за безопасным обращением за пестицидами и агрохимикатами внутри страны Россельхознадзору до 5 октября 2015 года, в связи с подготовкой соответствующего поручения В.В. Путиным.
Комментарий: на сегодняшний день функции по государственному контролю за безопасным обращением за пестицидами и агрохимикатами на границе закреплены в Положении о полномочиях Россельхознадзора, а функции по государственному контролю за безопасным обращением за пестицидами и агрохимикатами внутри страны не закреплены ни за одним из ведомством.
