Как мне удалось выяснить Министерстве здравоохранения,произошла техническая ошибка во время формирования цен для списка, а именно стоимость одного флакона была указана как стоимость одной упаковки и соответственно было поделено на четыре (т.к. в упаковке 4 флакона)
Таким образом, чтобы исправить данную ошибку мы должны направить повторно письмо с просьбой пояснить понижение цены.
