Резюме
Были идентифицированы гаплотипы мутаций митохондриального генома, ассоциированные с фенотипическими проявлениями предрасположенности к атеросклеротическим поражениям.
Преобладающие антиатеросклеротические гаплотипы CGAG и CGGG встречались у 21,3% участников исследования. Преобладающие проатеросклеротические гаплотипы TAAA, TAGG и TAGA встречались у 44,8% участников исследования. 2/3 этих гаплотипов связаны с повышенной предрасположенностью к атеросклерозу.
