Спасибо, что ответили на мою претензию. Возможно я неправильно указала на причину своей претензии. Посылка пришла на мой адрес. Но в ней вместо трех квадрокоптеров был всего один.
Мой заказ был:
1. Rc Quadcopter Cheerson CX-10W CX10W Wifi FPV (Gray)
2. Rc Quadcopter Cheerson CX-10W CX10W Wifi FPV (Red)
3. Cheerson CX-10C CX барбекю-10c CX10C (Black)
в моей посылке оказался квадрокоптер модели, которую я не заказывала (Pocket Drone quadrocopter 124 FQ777 (red) фото прилагаю)
Я обратилась к продавцу на что мне был ответ поскольку вес указанный на посылке соответствует моему заказу о я всё получила правильно, но даже по коробке видно что три квадрокоптера там не помещаются (видео прилагается).
Также под наклейкой с моим адресом обнаружила наклейку с другим адресом в другую страну (фото также прилагается) На мой вопрос почему под моим адресом была наклейка еще с другим адресом покупатель прекратил со мной общение.
Мне очень не приятно что моя первая покупка на AE подарков на день рождения детей оказалась столь нервной и неудачной, поскольку дни рождения прошли я просто хочу вернуть свои деньги ибо покупка данных игрушек уже не является актуальной.
