Производитель (изготовитель) медици

Производитель (изготовитель) медицинского изделия разрабатывает техническую и (или) эксплуатационную документацию, в соответствии с которой осуществляются производство, изготовление, хранение, транспортировка, монтаж, наладка, применение, эксплуатация, в том числе техническое обслуживание, а также ремонт, утилизация или уничтожение медицинского изделия. Требования к содержанию технической и эксплуатационной документации производителя (изготовителя) медицинского изделия устанавливаются уполномоченным федеральным органом исполнительной власти. (ст. 38 ФЗ «Об основах охраны здоровья граждан в РФ»).
