Работа 2.4 Оценка умственной работоспособности


Для более полной оценки состояния здоровья человека необходима также информация о работе высшей нервной деятельности. Определение умственной работоспособности является психофизиологическим методом.

Умственная работоспособность зависит в основном от трех факторов: физиологического (возраст, пол, уровень физического развития, состояние здоровья и др.); физического (климат, экология); психического (мотивация, эмоциональное состояние).

Ухудшение функционального состояния ЦНС происходит при развитии умственного утомления, связанного со сложной и напряженной работой. Прогрессирование утомления и наступление переутомления ведет не только к снижению качества усвоения учебного материала, но и нервно-психической дезадаптации. Раннее выявление признаков утомления и своевременная их коррекция является важным условием сохранения психического здоровья школьников.

Наиболее широко применяют в прикладных исследованиях метод «корректурной буквенной пробы» с применением таблицы Анфимова (приложение Д).

Цель работы: определить качественный и количественный показатели внимания за 4 минуты времени.

Оборудование: секундомер, таблицы Анфимова.

Ход выполнения работы. Испытуемые в течение 30 секунд вычеркивают заданную букву или буквосочетания (например, ВИ). По окончании этого времени делается пометка в том месте, где была приостановлена работа. В следующие 30 секунд вычеркивают другую букву, сделав также пометку. Такую процедуру повторяют трижды. После истечение последнего отрезка времени подсчитывают количество пропущенных незачеркнутых знаков и просмотренных знаков по каждому отрезку. С помощью формул рассчитывают коэффициент точности выполнения задания и коэффициент умственной продуктивности.

Коэффициент точности выполнения задания вычисляется по формуле:


А = М / N,


где А – коэффициент точности выполнения задания, М – количество вычеркнутых букв; N – общее количество букв, которое необходимо вычеркнуть в просмотренном тексте.


Коэффициент умственной продуктивности вычисляется по формуле:


Р = А * S,


где Р – коэффициент умственной продуктивности, А – коэффициент точности выполнения задания, S – общее количество просмотренных знаков.


При расчете коэффициента умственной продуктивности использовать средние показатели коэффициента точности выполнения задания. Для получения среднего показателя коэффициента, необходимо суммы коэффициентов точности выполнения задания, всех пяти просмотренных отрезков разделить на 5.

Показатели концентрации внимания зависят от возраста. В таблице 2 приведены данные для школьников разного возраста.

Полученные данные необходимо внести в таблицу 3 и определить средние величины, сделав выводы.
