Я полностью понимаю, твое недовольство по данной ситуации. Со своей стороны я попросил бы не делать такие выводы о деятельности всей нашей компании на данном примере.

Хочу повторить, что это была МОЯ ОШИБКА, я как руководитель допустил ошибку в планировании распределения денежных средств. И это только моя вина, а не вина всей компании и всего коллектива.

По моему, в последнее время мы многое изменили в лучшую сторону в нашей работе. Как тебе известно, с приходом Пети в вашу компании мы совместно изменили процедуру принятия прибывающего груза, что позволяет Вам экономить значительные средства. Так, за все время по новой схеме работы нами совместно было принято 66 вагонов, что дало возможность выявить недопоставку товара в количестве 97 М3, что в долларах США составляет….

Хочу обратить внимание, что такой способ приемки вагонов приводит к увеличению затрат с нашей стороны. Но мы ни разу об этом Вам не сказали, так как понимаем, что мы делаем одно общее дело!!

Да, мы с Петром давно знакомы и дружим. Мы совместно наработали большой опыт в отправках леса, и это дает нам возможность сейчас, в эти нелегкие времена находить пути выхода из сложных рабочих ситуаций , мы можно сказать говорить с ним на одном языке (я не имею ввиду язык общения).
