Любая из Сторон вправе в односторон

Любая из Сторон вправе в одностороннем порядке отказаться от исполнения настоящего Договора полностью, письменно уведомив другую Сторону не менее чем за один месяц до предполагаемой даты расторжения. В таком случае Договор считается расторгнутым и прекращает своё действие с даты, указанной в уведомлении о расторжении.

Результаты (английский) 1:

Either party shall have the right to unilaterally repudiate this Treaty fully, the other party written notice not less than one month before the intended date of termination. In such a case, the agreement shall be deemed terminated and ceases to effect from the date specified in the notice of termination.

Either party has the right to unilaterally refuse to perform this Agreement in full, written notice to the other Party not less than one month before the intended date of termination. In such case the Agreement shall be deemed terminated and cease to have effect from the date specified in the notice of termination.

any of the parties has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the execution of this agreement, in writing, with notice to the other party not less than one month before the expected date of dissolution.in this case, the contract shall be terminated and ceases on the date specified in the notice of avoidance.
