7.1. Договор вступает в силу с моме

7.1. Договор вступает в силу с момента его подписания обеими Сторонами и действует до выполнения всех условий Договора.
7.2. Все изменения договора производятся по согласованию Сторон в письменной форме и подписываются обеими Сторонами, если иной порядок не предусмотрен иными положениями Договора.

7.3. В случае возникновения споров по вопросам, предусмотренным настоящим Договором или в связи с ним, Стороны примут все меры к их разрешению путем переговоров. В случае невозможности разрешения указанных споров путем переговоров, они передаются на рассмотрение соответствующего суда.
7.4. Ни одна из Сторон не имеет права передавать свои права требования, которые могут возникнуть из настоящего Договора третьим лицам без предварительного письменного согласия другой Стороны.
7.5.Настоящий договор составлен в двух экземплярах: по одному экземпляру для каждой стороны, каждый из которых имеет равную юридическую силу.
