Постепенно и к отечественным управленцам (не только теоретикам, но и практикам) приходит осознание того, что человек на позициях винтика в машине не будет трудиться достаточно эффективно. Такая политика может держаться лишь на энтузиазме или на репрессиях, что, как показала история, не слишком эффективно: энтузиазм быстро улетучивается, а страх от репрессий проходит. Актуальность проблем мотивации не оспаривается ни наукой, ни практикой, так как от четкой разработки эффективной системы мотивации зависит не только повышение социальной и творческой активности конкретного работника (менеджера, рабочего), но и конечные результаты деятельности предприятий различных организационно-правовых форм собственности, производственной и непроизводственной сфер деятельности.
