Первоначальным был сделан капитальный ремонт двигателя с заменой: головки блока, поршневой, форсунок REMAN. Двигатель проработал 11ч, сгорели поршня 3,5,6 и выгорели выхлопные клапана на 5,6 цилиндре. При этом были погнутые штанги 5-го цилиндра, частично розсухарен выхлопной клапан 5-го цилиндра и лопнула перемычка между клапанами. Следов удара клапанов о поршень – не обнаружено. При этом толкатели ходят свободно и не провернуло. Сопла охладителей поршневой чистые и продуваються.
Был проведен повторный ремонт, заменены: головка блока, комплект поршневой 3,5,6, турбо нагнетатель, насос высокого давления и установлены новые форсунки.
Двигатель проработал 5 ч, после чего провели проверку зазоров клапанов – все в норме. Через 2 ч работы из трубы пошел черный дым и уровень масла увеличился в 2 раза. При этом уровень охлаждающей жидкости был на месте.
При ремонте, проверка всех узлов/компонентов проводилась по CTM407.
Не может ли блок управления двигателя влият на его своевременный выход из строя? Если заменено все на новое: головка блока, поршневая, турбо нагнетатель, все компоненты топливной системы (кроме: топливной рейки и трубок)
