Я рекомендую увеличить часу обучения английскому в школах с 3 часов до 6 или 7 в неделю
Это позволит ученикам более углублённо изучать программу . Так же я рекомендую внедрить в программу больше правил и исключений , чем положено министерством образования

This will allow students to explore more in depth the program. So, I recommend that to implement the program more rules and exceptions ,Rather than initiated by the Ministry of Education
