Изучены концептуальные понятия, характеризующие трудовые ресурсы как объект управления, рассмотрены различные подходы к оценке эффективности управления трудовыми ресурсами организации, проведен детальный анализ современного состояния управления трудовыми ресурсами в ООО «Октябрьское агрообъединение», предложены и обоснованы основные направления улучшения системы обучения и адаптации трудовых ресурсов, совершенствования форм нематериального стимулирования труда.
Особое место в работе занимают рекомендации по оптимизации параметров системы управления трудовыми ресурсами в ООО «Октябрьское агрообъединение», разработанных с использованием экономико-математического моделирования.
