При формировании техническо-коммерческого предложения прошу учесть, что ответственность за качество выполненных работ под контролем Вашего специалиста, будет возложена условиями договора на организации осуществляющую шеф-надзор ( технический контроль) то есть на Dresser-Rand. По окончанию работ по надзору (техническому контролю), с Вашей стороны должен быть предоставлен технический отчет о полноте и качестве всех проведенных ремонтных операций.
