The initiators of the project were carried out work on creation and investigation of physico-chemical and performance materials. The process of updating the already known acrylic sinks introduction to composition of polymer chains sulphonic, phosphate, of new Tetrazole-groups. Laboratory tests on the use of bentonite-containing complexes in trauma acrylic coatings with subsequent preclinical trials have demonstrated the effectiveness of material greater than the control at 20-25%. Conducted preliminary laboratory studies have shown that the application of such a wound cover helps to prevent the development of complications and shorten the healing by approximately 17.5%. Proposed wound covering different biocompatibility, absence of adhesion to the surface and the edges of the wound is well adapted to its rough terrain. Thus, the material can be recommended for the treatment of Pyo-necrotic processes, trophic ulcers and bedsores.
