Прозрачность костей несколько повышена за счёт посттравматическая остеопороза.
Контуры дистального отдела бедренной кости и надколенника чёткие и ровные.
Состояние после остеосинтеза проксимального отдела большеберцовой кости,
крупнооскольчатый перелом проксимальной части большеберцовой кости, также косой
перелом верхней трети диафиза малоберцовой кости, стояние костных фрагментов
удовлетворительное, линии перелома местами прослеживаются.

Рентгеновская суставная щель неравномерно сужена.
Субхондральный остеосклероз суставных поверхностей бедренной и большеберцовой
кости.

Заключение: Рентгенологические признаки умеренно выраженного деформируюшего
гонартроза правого коленного сустава.
