Испытания точностных характеристик
Испытания будут проводиться по ГОСТу 1983-2001; 8.216-88; 20074-83 и 17512-82.
Испытания трансформаторов напряжения проводятся на испытательном стенде
для трансформаторов напряжения.
Работы проводятся следующим образом:
1. подвезти палету на стенд
2. сравнить испытательный листок, паспортную табличку, серийный номер заказа и рабочую инструкцию
3. подсоединить контакты к первичным и вторичным клеммам
4. измерить сопротивление первичной катушки
5. настроить образцовый трансформатор и питание, установить измерительный мост.
6. завести на компъютер технические требования заказа
7. установить контрольные точки на основании нормативных требований и специальных требований заказчика.
8. включить, поднять напряжение до верхнего значения, опустить до контрольных значений
9. зафиксировать измеренные значения на компъютере
10. снизить подаваемое напряжение до нуля, отключить
11. занести в испытательный листок печать «заключительное испытание», подпись, дату. На испытательном листке вычеркнуть фабричный номер, убрать серийный заказ и рабочую инструкцию.
12. Отсоединить клеммы, поставить трансформатор на буфферное место.
