Сумма сделки составила $3,6 млрд – за них госбанк получил 99,85% акций, и еще порядка $200 млн продавец получил по итогам изменения стоимости чистых активов банка в 2012 г. В сделку также вошли «дочки» Denizbank в Австрии и России.
Пока Denizbank является самой удачной покупкой Сбербанка за рубежом.
