Внутрижелудочное введение Мексидола

Внутрижелудочное введение Мексидола® в течение 30 дней в максимальной дозе (400 мг/кг) к концу курса введения привело к снижению массы тела кроликов-самцов и массы отдельных паренхиматозных органов по сравнению с контрольными животными. Через 15 дней после отмены препарата у самцов наблюдалось восстановление этих показателей, а у самок, получавших Мексидол® в дозе 400 мг/кг, увеличивается синтез белка в печени и относительная масса сердца и почек. Тем не менее, макро- и микроскопическое изучение внутренних органов не выявило патологических изменений по сравнению с параметрами контрольных животных через 30 дней введения Мексидола во всех изученных дозах.
Внутрижелудочное введение препарата Мексидол® таблетки, покрытые оболочкой, в течение 25-ти дней неполовозрелым крысам и в течение 30-ти дней неполовозрелым кроликам во всех исследуемых дозах не вызывало место-раздражающего действия.
